TERMS OF USE

The renter agrees to use the vehicle in accordance with the Rental Agreement, applicable laws, and these Terms of Use.

The following activities are strictly prohibited:

* Driving under the influence of alcohol, drugs, narcotics, medication affecting driving ability, or any intoxicating substance.
* Allowing any unauthorized person to drive the vehicle.
* Providing the vehicle to a third party.
* Using the vehicle for illegal activities.
* Participating in races, competitions, speed tests, driver training, or similar activities.
* Using the vehicle for towing, pushing, or transporting excessive loads.
* Using the vehicle in a careless, reckless, negligent, dangerous, or abusive manner.
* Smoking inside the vehicle.
* Intentionally damaging the vehicle.
* Using the vehicle outside approved countries without prior written authorization from Pravac Rent A Car.
* Using the vehicle in a manner contrary to its intended purpose.

The renter is fully responsible for:

* Fuel costs.
* Traffic fines, parking fines, toll charges, penalties, and related administrative fees.
* Loss, theft, damage, or replacement of vehicle keys, documents, license plates, accessories, equipment, or supplied items.
* Any damage resulting from negligence, misuse, breach of traffic regulations, or breach of these Terms of Use.
* Returning the vehicle together with all supplied equipment and accessories.
* Returning the vehicle in the same condition in which it was received, excluding normal wear and tear.

In the event of an accident, theft, damage, breakdown, or mechanical failure, the renter must immediately inform Pravac Rent A Car and comply with all instructions provided. Failure to do so may result in full liability for all resulting costs and damages.

Insurance protection may be reduced or denied in cases including but not limited to:

* Driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
* Intentional damage.
* Use by an unauthorized driver.
* Violation of traffic laws.
* Reckless, dangerous, or negligent driving.
* Unauthorized cross-border travel.
* Failure to report an accident, theft, or damage.
* Loss of keys, documents, accessories, or personal belongings.
* Damage to tyres, wheels, rims, underbody components, suspension, clutch, transmission, engine, interior, or other parts resulting from improper use of the vehicle.

The renter shall be responsible for all losses, damages, expenses, administrative fees, recovery costs, towing costs, storage costs, repair costs, legal costs, and other costs arising from the renter’s actions, negligence, breach of contract, or violation of applicable laws.

The renter shall also be liable for vehicle downtime and loss of income resulting from damage caused during the rental period to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Additional charges may apply for late return, missing fuel, excessive dirt, stains, smoke odor, pet hair, interior contamination, or any condition requiring special cleaning or restoration.

Pravac Rent A Car reserves the right to deduct from the Security Deposit any unpaid rental charges, damages, fines, penalties, administrative fees, cleaning costs, missing fuel charges, missing equipment costs, towing costs, recovery costs, storage costs, and any other amounts owed under the Rental Agreement.

The renter authorizes Pravac Rent A Car to recover any outstanding charges related to the rental, including damages, penalties, contractual obligations, and administrative fees, using the payment method provided where permitted by applicable law.

Vehicles may be equipped with GPS, telematics, tracking, security, and monitoring systems. Information obtained from such systems may be used for vehicle protection, theft prevention, fleet management, recovery, accident investigation, and dispute resolution in accordance with applicable law.

Personal belongings left inside the vehicle remain the sole responsibility of the renter. Pravac Rent A Car shall not be liable for loss, theft, or damage to personal property.

Any violation of these Terms of Use shall be considered a breach of the Rental Agreement.

By signing the Rental Agreement, the renter confirms that these Terms of Use form an integral part of the Rental Agreement and agrees to comply with them.

All disputes shall be governed by the laws of the Slovak Republic.
